Here’s What You Will Experience:

We’ll meet every Saturday from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM (MST) on Zoom, where we’ll:

  • Start with a delightful warm up followed by a seasonal qigong practice sequenced to stimulate the lungs and large intestine meridians and rid the meridians of stagnation. (30-40 minutes total)

  • Dive into a weekly topic inspired by the Metal Element from Traditional Chinese Medicine.

  • Conclude with a brief period of silence to savor the moment, the light and the darkness.

Bonus: You’ll also have access to my daily qigong classes M-F 8:30-9am during the challenge, giving you additional opportunities to practice throughout the week.
