Who Is Eat for Life For?

The Eat for Life 10-week course is a guided online program designed to empower individuals like you who have struggled with chronic dieting and negative body image.

This course offers a holistic and sustainable alternative to diets and diet culture.

The Eat for Life course, authored by Dr. Lynn Rossy, Ph.D., a distinguished health psychologist based in Columbia, Missouri, reflects her extensive research and expertise. Dr. Rossy, also known for her acclaimed works "The Mindfulness-Based Eating Solution" and "Savor Every Bite," developed and taught the course for over 15 years and is my personal mentor.

*Eat for Life is a safe space for those who have completed a residential program/PHP/IOP for binge and compulsive eating.

Testimonial

"The Eat for Life  course with Satya was a beacon of hope in my darkest hours. For 25 long years, I waged a relentless battle against eating disorders. Each attempt at recovery seemed only to plunge me deeper into the abyss, leaving me worse off than before.  Choosing to enroll in Satya's course was a leap of faith that paid dividends beyond measure. It was an experience that transcended the conventional, punitive approaches to eating disorder recovery that had only served to exacerbate my condition. Satya's course introduced me to the radical notion that compassion could be a cornerstone of recovery. I wholeheartedly endorse Satya's program, not as a mere participant, but as a testament to its transformative power. “
