Getting Started with a Non-Diet Approach to Food and Your Body.
This is a 10-week mindfulness-based intuitive eating program designed by Dr. Lynn Rossy and taught by Satya Larrea which meets every Saturday mornings from 10:30-11:30 AM MST.
The Eat For Life, online course will teach you the skills you need to develop an accepting and kind relationship with your body. Equally in importance, this course will guide you to examine your relationship to food in a new way, it will give you a clear perspective on this valuable relationship. Experts say your relationship to food is the most intimate relationship you'll have in your life.
