How I can help you
A great yoga educator helps you reconnect to your body so you can actually feel the sensations happening inside. Your stress and anxiety start to melt away instantly in a private session. You will be able to achieve a more relaxed state and a connection to your body with greater ease than if you were attending a yoga class or watching a yoga video.

In each session, I’ll guide you through a series of simple yoga postures. Together, we’ll discuss what you’re experiencing in your body. Your body is talking to you all the time, and most of the time you shut it out. In this session, you’ll begin to listen.
In a short time, most of my deskbound clients feel relief from pain instantly, but also realize that there is no quick fix. You need to keep moving, and that’s why there are 3 more sessions. Your body has a lot to say…now it’s time to start listening. These sessions occur weekly.
Included in this package are 4 yoga classes at Whole Yoga. To help you with your commitment and motivation, this package expires in 6 weeks.
